i know someone that has a big account with Sammy Hagar for a bunch of projects..... It isn't music biz stuff though. Sammy's already flown the guy down to his island for vacation at his private place, and he talks to him at least once a week, if not more.

Should I have him link this to Sammy in an email???? I have wanted to give the guy something while I had the connection yea know?

The HQ version sounds much crisper. I'm going to leave the current version up as the low-fi 128Kbps track for everyday systems... I scooped out the extreme frequencies in that version so that it would sound clean on everyday stereos. I'm going to post a HiFi 192 Kbps version sometime tonight....

That's a solid piece. Nice work!

EQ wise, I find the base line rides on top of the guiter just a little too much. I'm sure it's just a matter of style, but I find that that I have to work just a little too hard to hear the guiter over the base line. Maybe brighten up around 2db at 2.5K and roll the base off about the same amount at 100 Hz. (Not trying to nit pick, just be constructive.)

Again, nice work. I keep hitting play.

Edit: Yes, I was listening with my EQ flat.

I just did what you recommended at 100 hz and 2.5k, but just up 1.5db. I also turned up 11k to 16k up 2db as well.... It seemed to some space between the sounds. I'm going to take a few listens and compare how it sounds in my monitors and headphones..... I want to sound warm though, Id rather find people turning the treble up and not vice versa....

Well, im going to have 2 versions, a lowfi and hifi. The lowfi will be the current one at 128, with less treble and thicker and warmer, and the new version will be 192k, crisper, etc....

Atleast to me, an average computer user college student, this is something i could listen to for hours on end in a relaxing state...tho i tend to listen songs on repeat for up to a few weeks

I dont know wtf'n deal is with the downloading. My download count is slowly going up, so Im wondering if there are only so many open connections allowed at once..... I dont know, I sent an email to myspace asking if they could find out.....

Thanks for the comments btw. I've listened to it about 200 times today, but not from the site... i have the full uncompressed copy that sounds great in my monitors and $150 headphones........ If you want to see the setup I play with, look at the pics.....
