• Training improvements with real certifications, recertification, and feedback
• Objective data is recorded tracking violence against suspects and police

Please google what that word means, then ponder for a while how it fits into this thread. The topic is professional standards for officers on public payroll. "Deflecting" in this context means deflecting from said topic.

If you wish to instead talk about the different topic of crime in the slums, that's fine, too, but dismissing the topic at hand for a rather different one is what deflecting means by definition.

Generally if you desire to have productive adult conversations, it's necessary to learn a level of reading comprehension where basic words can be understood. That's simply the nature of human communication, so don't get angry when someone has to plain it to you.

Even with the vast amount of headlines where blacks have been shot the vast majority of them have been deemed valid shots meaning that it was a last resort. Neither can anyone draw a conclusion that just because the person who was shot is black then automatically the LEO must be racists. Then their is also something called internal affairs and im sure checks and balances that must be met whenever a firearm is shot. Cops just dont get to shoot people and pretend nothing happened. Reports and investigations always follow a shooting. Trying to make this into a black vs police or police vs black thing just wont cut it in the american eye. I have yet met a single person that doesnt want bad cops off the street but blacks shooting innocent cops purposely because of hate is totally unacceptable. You cant require the law to abide lawfully but require yourself privileges to act unlawfully.
The american climate has certainly changed this last decade where anything done that isnt pro black must be racist. That just simply cant be the case.
As with his situation and others where video evidence is available the police force has an easier job of determining whether or not this was justified. I truly believe thought that the police force is forced to walk on eggshells anytime they encounter a black person so as not too further promote the publics idea of injustice towards blacks.

I think its because news became more like tabloids. You see a tabloid and you know its mostly exaggerated and fake. Now news has done the exact same thing. Its getting the headlines and getting people to click and read when nothing of substance is there.

Just take a look at the presidential race and its like a couple of teenage schoolgirls fighting. No logic, just emotion and trying to see who can slander who. The media loves it.
