I actually bought and watched transformers for the first time last night. I must say he did a fantastic job on the movie. I never expected to see the movie live up to such hype but it truly does. Thank you Michael Bay!

I bought it too. I liked it in theaters, but when I got it home, I realized that the action was so fast you couldn't tell what was going on a lot of the time. I also thought that the transformers were way to complex looking- it was difficult to make out facial features sometimes, which made it hard to follow when they were talking.

I liked it overall though.

Yay for HD DVD, I will be picking my copy up soon. I enjoyed it at the movie theatre and will be playing it at my house on "movie night" since some of my buddies havent seen it yet.

Too much action in that movie...I felt it was marketed to people with ADD.

It needed more suspense.

I felt like there wasn't enough action and too much BS human stuff going...particularly with the Aussie hacker and Anthony Anderson.

The main problem with the action was that it was filmed in such a way that it was hard to determine what was going on and who was who and what body part was what body part at times.

I felt the movie dragged on a bit toward the end, and there was way too much action. Yea, Michael Bay I know, but still. Still decent action flick.

Great movie. Just watched it last night. However, ummm, Megatron was never a jet fighter. What the hell was that about?

I like that it's not available on Blu-Ray too.

Michael Bay is an idiot. His movies are nothing but chases and explosions designed to appeal to braindead 14 year olds. He should be a special effects guy, not a director.

DO IT!!!!! Took it for a spin last night, and it is now my movie of choice for demo-ing my home theatre setup. I've never seen an HD movie so crisp.

I didn't even like Transformers (hated them as a kid) but this movie kicks so much ass... I had to rethink my position.

Megatron has changed forms so many times through the history of Transformers that I don't think it matters.
