Once a turd always a turd.
Hmm, when he was covering Trumps ass for all those years he was a "great man" according to Trump, but when he offered testimony and admitted lying to congress trying, (again) to cover for Trump he became a "turd". Gotcha.

sucks when you “beat friends” suddenly aren’t your best friends anymore when you throw them under the bus.

I'll assume you're correct as I've never been in that position.

I would also assume he needs to tread carefully due to the attorney client thing. ( I don't know how that would pan out under the present conditions ).

No, I'm pretty sure he has always been a turd. After all he is / was a lawyer. I would place him right along side Avenatti.

So why did Trump keep a "turd" as his close, personal attorney for 10+ years?. Avenatti was caught trying to extort Nike and he is a douche. Cohen has done no such thing, he's doing time covering for chetto, he has a right to be pissed. Not too worry, eventually all those records will become public, Trump will be exposed for lying the Deutsche Bank, (you know, the uncle Vinny of the banking industry, where you go when no US bank will touch you) and he will be held accountable.

It will be a big seller if he implicates Trump in all sorts of wrong doing.
I expect he'll need the money for his retirement since he can't practice law anymore.

He could apply for reinstatement once his time is served but I'm not sure how the BAR would handle that. I doubt he's the 1st lawyer to ever serve time.

I have no idea how any of that works. I just assumed that being disbarred was a lifetime deal, and that a suspension would be called a suspension.

In my opinion someone that was in a trusted position and then writes a "tell all book" is a back stabbing turd. Regardless of who it is.
Trump abandoned him when he got in trouble for the work Trump ordered him to do on his behalf. Trust and loyalty is a two way street. Trump betrayed him so Cohen owes him nothing. If anything, Cohen owes him a nice fuck you right back. Agree?

Snitches get stitches? I'm presuming he's not writing about trade secrets. If he's writing about serious ethical breaches and illegal activity, why would you want to protect that?

I mean he’s already implicated Trump in multiple felonies in sworn testimony and official court documents filed by federal prosecutors.

Is anyone here truly stupid enough to think that Cohen just came up with the bright idea to start feloniously paying off Trump’s various affairs? Come on. Trump was part of it and that makes him a felon.

I personally don't subscribe to Hammurabi's code. Cohen would not need to have been betrayed to be justified in writing about major ethical breaches and criminal activity.

I agree with you there, but surely you would agree that Cohen no longer owes him his loyalty and silence once Trump betrayed him?

Odds on if he hangs himself in his cell before he gets released?

Needs a trial and a conviction before he's felon. At this point, he's not even accused of anything. It will be interesting to see what's in the book, though I won't buy it to find out.

Uhmm, he is most certainly accused of something, you can read the court documents that spell it out yourself.

Regardless, your reasoning is circular. He claims immunity from indictment and prosecution, therefore if he raped a baby to death on the front lawn of the White House by your logic we could not say he was a felon. Does that seem reasonable?

A trial and conviction are only necessary for the government to imprison him, for the average person we are blessed with knowledge and reason and can determine for ourselves if we think he committed those crimes or not. He clearly did and everyone here knows it. I mean we aren’t stupid.
