In my opinion someone that was in a trusted position and then writes a "tell all book" is a back stabbing turd. Regardless of who it is.

I would also assume he needs to tread carefully due to the attorney client thing. ( I don't know how that would pan out under the present conditions ).

I agree with you there, but surely you would agree that Cohen no longer owes him his loyalty and silence once Trump betrayed him?I personally don't subscribe to Hammurabi's code. Cohen would not need to have been betrayed to be justified in writing about major ethical breaches and criminal activity.
