Given how precarious Mr. Jackson's financial situation appears to be, it is unclear how long he will be able to retain his remaining stake in his prized music catalog. A reckoning appears near, and Mr. Jackson's ability to hold onto his fortune has proven to be as fleeting as stardom itself.

This. Whole armies of people are dedicated to having life stories of every relatively well known person at hand in most news corps. When I worked at the BBC it was interesting talking to one of the guys who spends his days writing prepared bio's.

The auction never took place. Jackson said no to it.

The Ranch he still holds partial with someone else.

I'm sure those people along with his family will make so they can make money off of him just like Elvis.

He's not really dead. It's just an elaborate scheme so that he can finally get out of the limelight & attempt to live a slightly normal life. All that's left now is a little plastic surgery & unbleaching treatment to make him look like a black man with a big nose, and no one will recognize him.
