From what I've heard lately, if the first kid testifies, it's going to be a quick open and shut case. They can describe his body. They know what 'it' looks like. It's not bleached like the rest of his body. Why would any kid know that in the first place?

I appreciate your POV. And yes, it looks really bad for him. Having the kids know what his body looks like naked is really bad for him, but it does not prove that he sexually molested anyone... exercised poor judgement for being naked in front of them.. absolutely... but if the 'it is all harmless and only about love and not sex' theory is true, then it is no big deal (to him) for him to be naked... I mean there are nudist colonies all over the world where people traipse around starkers and anyones kid can see them.

I agree that his behaviour is totally inappropriate. A grown man naked in front of other ppls kids without their parents there is unacceptable. But again, I tend to give him the benefit of the doubt when he says it is not about sex... mostly for the same reasons that everyone else is calling him a freak.... to me he is emotional stunted at 10-12yrs old, and is acting like a 10-12yr old would.

But the main thing, is that he needs to have a FAIR trial, not a media circus. And if he is proven guilty, I will change my thoguhts.

Hahaha!! I doubt it... but two things..

1) There is no standing for you to sue someone on this...

2) rest assured... that IF something like this would happen (against the 1 in a fifty six quadrillion odds) there would be no lawsuits in the future.

I'm sure there have been a few gold diggers who have filed claims but my personal opinion is that he's guilty:

• One of his accusers was able to accurately describe his genitals in detail.
• During an interview with Martin Bashir on national TV, he said the best thing you can do is SHARE YOUR BED WITH OTHER CHILDREN???. If it's your own children and they're young, I can understand that. But what normal adult male would share their bed with children, unless it's a child molester.
• How could you screw up a marriage to Lisa Marie Presley?

Even if they find him guilty, you think they're gonna put him in a rough jail? He's going to be living it up like Martha Stewart in a low security prison, taking walks in gardens, and perhaphs molest one of the pool boys.

Why? We can speculate all we want. There is no law against that.

I think he's guilty because of what I've heard and read. Transcripts released from the first boy along with what's been reported in the media makes it look very likely that he was doing some weird things to some young boys.

I say he's innocent. Some of you are just plain ignorant. I can't believe the stupidity of some of you people. You haven't even heard Michael's defense and yet you're labeling him. Do you think the media WANTS to report good things about him? Of course they're going to make him look guilty, that's how they make their money. Bad stuff = ratings.

Have any of you ever looked into the accusers mother's past? She's very very money hungry, believe it or not, this isn't the FIRST time she's tried this.

Michael is weird looking, rich and a very easy target. Do any of you know any of the good things he does for children? All the charities he supports? Look into those. He's supported more charities than any other musician ever. I say we look at the facts before we base our opinion on him from allegations.

The mother went to LAWYERS before she went to the police. She wanted money from the start. Michael isn't going to pay off his accuser this time. And for those of you who say that it's not motivated by money. Keep watching after the trial, because if he's convicted they will sue him civilly for money. It's the only way they have a chance.

All we see on the news is bad stuff. The judge in the case put a gag order on the prosecution and the defense, he can't even defend himself to the media that's destroying him. Shame on you.

Did you know that last time he was in court the boy described distinct features and makings on his genitals. The police then took pics of him as evidence. After this Michael settled out of court. Not saying this makes him guilty this time but it makes you wonder.

Exactly, but over time the weight of evidence mounts and makes you start to think. The problem with the whole situation is that public opinion consists of retoric and a jaded media viewpoint. We should just let the jury decide, although even that seems to be turning into a farce atm.
