Tell her she can have half, but give her the half that's stipened for taxes, that way there she can have it, but she has to use it to pay Mike's taxes, sounds fair to me. Why in the world the courts always find in these money grubbing woman's favor is beyond me. I'd love to be the judge and lay the smack down on her and tell her to get a job and pay back everything she ever took from him. But alas, that is why I will never be allowed on the other side of the bench.
