The "doctored" (aka: cut) version of the movie, the speech "Biggest fuckup in history, and it will feel goooood etc." circulated WIDELY on social media usually labeled as how MM now supports Trump. It's funny because just the next two sentences after the cut speech basically invalidates it all, where he then says that basically nothing Trump promised will materialize. (His notes/speech there of course was 100% accurate and a good observation how some people think, he was just stating the facts).
How they (Rightwinger nutters) "cut" the speech and then re-sold it claiming MM supports Trump or "admit that Trump is right" just shows you the infinite scammy-ness and crooked methods of those "news" outlets (Infowars, Breitbart, NNN etc.) and their never-ending work at LITERALLY brainwashing and lying to the people. It highly reminds me of state TV in North Korea or former communist nations what's going on there - except that here in our case it's of course all about clicks and ad-revenue. This is my personal opinion here, but what Infowars etc. does goes WAY beyond "free speech" and is borderline criminal.
It is also "funny" (actually sad, lol) how it seemed that many Trumptards are mentally unable to see this clip in its actual context, why he said this.
