Buying a computer based on a low price or a fast benchmark is a risky adventure. While it took us several days to find Michael Gonzales, would the average person have the willingness or have the resources to do the same type of investigation? We were very fortunate to be in Southern California, but what about the consumer that lives across the country, or even across the world?
In today's world, anyone can make a Website with fantastic claims, but the checks and balances of traditional business are often missing. At least with traditional brick and mortar businesses you can see, feel and use the product before buying it, which can't be done most Internet businesses.
