michigan meet up?

Wow, haven't been to Kensington in years...went there with the parents a lot as a kid, but if I want to go to a park now, it's just Stoney Creek for me...

Anything in the Washtenaw area? I know there's little beaches on the Huron river...

And YES, I'll finally be 21 by then. Sadly, that takes all the fun out of drinking.

Awww! Thanks, but i dont really know the AA area. I would like to do as much as i can though, just let me know via PM and i will help! knowing MI, though, it will porbably still be snowing in may!

If you want to do a park/beach party, then there is a place just south of Milan that fits the bill. It used to be called Heath Beach, but I believe it changed ownership. I drive by it everyday, I'll check out the name and cost tomorrow.

missed the first meet due to work... i like the kensington park grill out thing, but also must agree on the possibility of snow in may, just like how it was 60, 70s one day and snow 2 days later.. only few days ago!

It would really depend on the dates you talking about in May... the wife graduates from law school one weekend, and we take off for a much-needed vacation the following weekend. I'll keep an eye on the thread, though.

I found the name of the beach, Day-Beach, it's south of Milan on Cone Rd, exit 22 on US23. I will ask a few of my friends if they know of a place between Ann Arbor and Detroit that will allow the type of activities mentioned already.

Sterling Heights is about an hour and 15 minutes out of Flint, it's just east of Troy. (Dequindre)

As for the LAN, I'll still go, but won't game since I'm still waiting to upgrade my ghetto system. Maybe I'll just use someone's comp if they take a break or something.
