I too got a ship notification for the motherboard today. I've had my card for a couple weeks now. Well, I've already purchased this mobo off someone who just wanted the card, so now have a spare board. Wonder if this one also will have the vcore problem (if vcore in BIOS is set to anything but AUTO, no POST, it has worked for others though)?

Hey BIDFOOTPI, want to sell one for dirt cheap? Depending on how much shipping cost you, you may end up making money while still owning four boards.

Wait a minute, once this board shows up I'll already have two more boards than I have CPUs... what to do...

Got an email from Microcenter. Looks like they will be in essence substituting a better video card for the same money and with a 20.00 MIR to boot.

I'm so sick of micro center.I've gotten orders cancelled twice now for this deal and another mb deal a little while back.Like an idiot I picked in store pick up both times.So after I got the cancellation notice I went to store and of course they are out of stock on the motherboards.But guess what.The day after the sale ended they had about 5 of them on the shelf,kinda strange don't you think?They have these deals,honor a few and screw everyone else.
They also had at least 15 of each evga 7600 gt and 7600 gts on the shelf today.

This was Cambridge,MA store.
Just my .02 ,i'm done with them,there prices are really high and even when there is a sale you can find similary priced items at reputable on line stores.

Anyone who speaks or communicates in any way with Micro Center should mention this thread, and how many views it has had. It makes a difference when they see the exposure they have and the potential impact on business.

well, so far I am quite happy with them on the last few hot deals over the last year- first the "bargain bin" deals on Foxconn nforce4ultra 939 boards and 512mb cas2 patriot DDR for under $40ea, then the ASUS SLI mobo for under $50, and now this deal. All of those I placed for shipment, not pickup, and in all cases I got QTY of 4 to 5 received (eventually ), that is, all except the asus SLI deluxe deal, which seems everyone only got one of regardless of qty ordered, but one is better than none. Seems MC online will honor deals set to be shipped fairly well given time, but if you choose instore pickup you are more than likely going to end up getting the shaft.
And that just my 2cents (which, by the way- also bought two SLI motherboards )

final summary and conclusion:
I ordered 4 boards and 4 7600GTS cards... all backordered for a few weeks, then the boards came in and shipped at 1c each... then later they, by email, offered me the substitution to the 7600GT and hell yeah I took it ( free upgrade ).. they cancelled the order for the 7600GTS cards and made a new order for the 7600GT cards. The 7600GT cards JUST arrived this AM via Fedex Home delivery to where I work.
So in the end I got more than what I expected and I have no complaints other than the long wait for everything, but then again I was in no rush...
ps- neither invoice showed a shipping charge, so I think they threw free shipping in too - SWEET!
