not as slow as the Adata drive. I actually bought this as this was on sale for January in Microcenter BM for 29$ (I found the info in this forum too). I just did a quick check. I was able to write a 185M file to it in 47 seconds (roughly 4Mb/s) but was able to read a 650Mb file from it in 30 seconds for 21M/s.
HDtach gave it a score of 30MB/S. Surprisingly good, but in touch with the reviews I read from these forums somewhere.
I'm not sure if the actual manufacturer stays constant though.
I got a 2GB one for free from them, it looks very simlar except the color is blue.
I tried that one, the speed is ok and it supports ready boost. I assume the 8GB one should only be better than its 2GB sibling, shouldn't it?
