15 day return policy, 1 year manufacturer's warranty through Samsung
From member, eia430: "The issue with warranty... There was no paperwork that came with it so I called David Barnes again. He said that it indeed has support via their contract with samsung and that it is handled through micron. I asked for paperwork on it, details etc. He said that he had no paperwork on it but he did put on my customer file at micron to honor a 1 year warranty from time of purchase. This sounds a little shakey to me but I'll take his word for it. I've printed the e-mail correspondence from him to me saying that there is a 1 year warranty. If push comes to shove I'll use that to back me up. I'm not sure about micron... they are acting like a bunch of shady people. But I'm just tickled pink on the monitor itself... love it."

HOLY CRAP This is an awesome deal, I'd jump on it, but I bought two monitors recently. Ripped from Tech bargains . com
"micronadditions.com (Micron's factory outlet) is blowing out some of their inventory of PC hardware. They're blowing out Micron brand 2100EX 21 inch monitors for $350.99 with about $30 shipping. This monitor is Samsung OEM and identicle to the Samsung Syncmaster 1100P model. It comes with 30 day warranty, and the monitor is brand new. You have to call 1-800-563-7973 to order though. buy.com sells Samsung 1100P,which is OEM of Micron 2100EX for about $650!"
