I really hate to type anything on phones because I find that voice dictation can make things so much faster and easier if most words are understood and little editing is required. Both iOS and Android voice dictation is at that point already but I have found that many Android devices have really poor microphone quality causing lots of misses when dictating voice.
I currently have an iPhone 5 and the internal microphone is good and voice dictation works very well but when I have my bluetooth headset on (and I do often), the voice dictation sucks and I can only assume it is because the microphone quality sucks. I have had more than one bluetooth and their results are all about the same when it comes to voice dictation.
Is this a limitation of bluetooth (I know the audio is compressed and looses quality) or has my preference for cheap devices bitten me in the ass multiple times?
