Several co-workers are wondering if it's even worth pursuing 2003 certification or should wait for the next level of certification. Anybody know what Microsoft is planning and when? Links?
Windows Server products have an active lifetime of at least five years, and the certifications never expire. People will be doing new Server 2003 installs for at least another year. SBS 2003 won't be replaced until, probably, 2008.
Additionally, there have been no annoucements of Longhorn or Vista exam plans. I'll take a while for Vista or Longhorn exams to be beta tested and released.
Waiting sounds like a good excuse to do nothing for a year.
