THANK YOU! my 360 got the infamous freeze after the fall update. will, not boot. will not do anything. called TWICE and argued till the days end about why I shouldnt have to spend 129.99 to fix something that I paid 399.99 for AND DIDNT DO A SINGLE THING TO. The customer rep actually told me, "sir, normally when you buy anything that cost a good bit of money, you get the warranty." i asked her if this is what she wants "microsoft's" reputation to be like. Honest to god, it took her 10 seconds to respond. Point being, if you spend 400 dollars on something, it should work. I didnt do anything to my box at all. And was refused repair because my 3 month warranty was up. This is great, Im gonna call and ask for the same rep, Vergie ... was her name. Awesome.
