In the dark? Will they point lasers in your eye ^_^
No just point laser in the bad cop's eye

Damn it. So close to what I want. I'll put it on wait and see for now. That or I need to make a list of needed apps and make sure that they all have 64 bit versions. I think they would.
How is the Windows mobile MP3 player? Is there native Pandora? What about apps for running?
AT&T will be taking orders for the 950 online on the 17th and in stores on the 20th. Not sure of the turn around shipping times.

It would be nice to have some idea what those numbers are to gauge the real momentum of the phone. And I wonder how the 950 is doing?Wow. The 950XL sold out of pre-orders.
Sadly, Google apps and services are the VERY reason I am not sporting a Windows phone now. If Google relented on this I'd move in a heartbeat. And if Google doesn't release apps, I'll just port my information over and give them less information.
Is MS not taking direct orders for unlocked 950s? Don't really want to be stuck dealing with AT&T...

I played with a Surface Book for a few minutes. Hardly definitive, but I think it's a fantastic device. People wanting it wouldn't surprise me at all.MS selling out of a device means nothing. It's all a marketing ploy. Just like the Surface Book sold out.
Sure, it's a lovely device. For the price, hell no. I can't believe we live in a world where Apple products seem reasonable in terms of price.I played with a Surface Book for a few minutes. Hardly definitive, but I think it's a fantastic device. People wanting it wouldn't surprise me at all.
The highest end Surface Book (i7/16 GB RAM/1 TB Flash/dGPU) is $3200. The highest end MBP (i7/16 GB RAM/1 TB Flash/dGPU) comes in at $3000.Comparable Apple products are about $200 less.
Given the fact that the Surface Book is meant to go toe to toe with the Macbook Pro.
At their lowest prices, A MBP is $1300 and the Surface Book is $1500. I mean, at that point, you just have to decide if a larger touch-screen, pen, and detachable tablet is worth an extra $200. I feel like the Surface Book also has better battery life, but I'm not certain.
At the high end, the Surface book does indeed get ludicrous. But so is Apple's ONLY MBP with dedicated graphics and 1 TB of storage. They're both $3200. Then, FOR THE SAME PRICE, you're weighing a 15 inch MBP screen against the Surface Books smaller (by 1.5") touch screen, pen, and detachable tablet.
The price is in line with the competition, basically. Unless you count the mid-range models with i5's and dedicated graphics where Apple has nothing. At those prices, the Surface Book is very competitive.
Unless you want to compare the $1100 MBP with a platter drive and 4GB RAM. You want ludicrous, that's a ludicrous price.
Maybe against other ultrabooks, the Surface Book is a hard ask. But they also offer less.
What I'm getting at is that the prices aren't ridiculous. There's a difference between expensive and ridiculous. The Surface book is expensive, not ridiculous.
I'm seeing way too many problems with the Surface Book to even consider one till gen 2 or 3 at least.
The reviews of the 950 are underwhelming, hard pass there too.
The rumored Surface Phone sounds much more interesting, but as only MS can do, it'll be a mess
