Still the same as the one posted on the first page, just faxed my replacement request in yesterday. My Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 was dropping out every couple minutes, so it was time to replace it.

You're either lying or you used a different number. Two people so far besides me have mentioned that both times they've tried to send a fax that it said the number was not in service.

Can you please check the number again to make sure that the number is actually a working number? Thanks!

Why don't you guys just call the 800 number? it will take like 30 seconds? Isn't that easier than waiting for someone around here to figure it out? They will tell you the number to fax it to.

Still no luck for me...wasted a 15 minute phone call to get a "fatal error" in MS Fax. Didn't work on my other computer either.

I could probably chuck the thing and replace it for less money than I'd waste in phone calls trying to get this to work.

For letting an entire group make a doodee on you, you should have at least gotten a $100 GC or something. A mouse is really lame, especially if they had Mexican food the night before.

Hard to say. I faxed in 3 different mice about 6 weeks ago. One was a wireless, and the other two were a bit older. I got a brand new wireless with base in the retail package about 3 weeks later. So far, I haven't gotten replacments for the other two.

Does this work with older Microsoft ball mice? I have the original Microsoft Intellimouse Pro and it stopped working properly.

It seems really easy to get a Microsoft mouse. I don't have any Microsoft mouses though. I do have a Logitech Cordless Mouseman Optical and I complained to logitech that my mouse was eating up batteries too fast, such as once every 1 or 2 weeks. Their process was basically the same for a replacement. They had me fax in the bottom of my mouse where the serial was and my proof of purchase. The funny thing was, the serial number whitens out from usage! Well if these input manufacturers wisen up, they could place the serial information on the other side of the battery cover and the serial wouldn't be rubbing against the surface all the time. Anyhow I faxed them the bottom of my mouse.. all white and faded and they sent me a new mouse. It ate up batteries even quicker! Oh well, all I can say is Microsoft and Logitech have good customer service for their input devices. Regarding their technical abilities to solve issues, I don't know. My second mouse has a faded bottom too where the serial used to be also by the way...

is there a form you're supposed to use or do you just write down the information. Also... is there a way to fax via online.
