I phoned and got approval for my Intelimouse Explorer in March.
They gave me the wrong fax number.
So, I got nothing in March or April.
I called again to explain and was given the correct fax number to Buffalo.
I added another mouse to my fax that wasn't previously approved vai phone.
I didn't get any confirmation of receipt of my fax as I had requested.
However, I delete much that ends up in the junk folder of my Hotmail account.
If the "subject" or "from" section didn't mention MS Supplemental Parts Replacement, I probably deleted it.
I got what looks like a NEW Intelimouse Explorer via UPS today.
I didn't get the 2nd mouse replacement that I added to the fax.
Do you think it is being shipped separately?
Do you think it is never coming since it wasn't previously approved via phone?
I read that some people were sending faxes straight off without getting prior approval via phone.
I'll give it between a couple of days and a week to arrive.
I'll call again if it doesn't show up.
