I am new to Netmeeting, and have a few quick questions:
1. How do I go about creating a directory? I'm using it for both personal and business, and just want those people listed.
2. How do I turn on RDC so I can control some of the PC's? Two of my family members are somewhat computer illiterate so I'd love to be able to "take over" and fix the problem for them (they live in different states).
