Speak with whomever handles your licensing. By default, HUR comes with all Enterprise Agreements - but it has to be enabled, and then you're limited to the software that's allowed within your EA (If you have Visio or Project.) They're also restricted to the number of people within the organization signed up for the EA, so at least 250.

from what I can tell you also have to have office on software assurnace

I have a VLA but we only use it for Server products, as our parent ORG has a VLA and office site license, and I am guessing the guy there is too stupid to turn this on

AFAIK, even with VLA + SA doesn't mean you get HUP. It is considered a benefit of purchasing an Enterprise Agreement, which only comes with SA.

Sure it does. People at SD are still reporting accounts slowly starting to work (over 5 days now) and still works for the link in the OP.

Well I snagged a copy today using my work address. Gave up on the Myspace one as incoming mail still bounces, and my .edu did not work.

It takes 24 hours (or whenever they re-sync their server)...also go into your privacy section and uncheck recieve mail from outside sources save it and then reselect it and save it again.

Some have needed to do that.

This has always worked.

I'm still not able to receive emails. I can send out from it but when I try to reply back I get that same error everyone else gets. I did all the aforementioned steps again and will wait till tom to try again...

It's under the Mail settings, not privacy. My boss has a myspace (old) that he started trying last Friday. Still no go as of today. Myspace has either slowed to a snails pace or they have quit.

Thats because it's under 'messaging settings' -> Mail

And you'll see this with a check box.

Allow non-friends to send me new messages
Require CAPTCHA [?] for non-friends to send me messages


Good Luck! I tried and I still can't get it to accept mail from google. I'll wait 24 hours I guess ... I even created a new account. Still no worky.

Wow, everyone is so confused in this thread as to what option to uncheck and re-check. For me its been a week and i still cant receive inbound emails from anyone. MySpace just plain sucks.
