i need help connecting to my computer down stairs using the microsoft remote assistance.
the computer i am on right now has xp pro. the one down stairs is windows 2000. i can connect to every other computer in my house that has xp. i have downloaded the remote assistances from microsoft already, for the windows 2000.
now my problem is i cannot connect to the windows 2000 computer, it says permission may not be enable. i know how to enable it on XP, but how do you do it on windows 2000?
or is there any suggestions what to do?
