Microsoft Unusual sigin-in from all over the world.

This April, my skype password didn't work so I reset the password and only then MS asked me to look at recent login page. I found Successful sign ins and sync from Russia, Turkey, etc etc. I changed password right away and kept the page open and I see constant sign-in trying from all over the world. I'm assuming a bot is running, but what good does it do to get access to my email?? and when would this stop?

Everyone who uses MS should check this page frequently. Google warns me everytime I login from a new computer. MS never warned me.

They would use your email account to send spam and phishing messages to others.

Your email is compromised. Set up 2 factor authentication and then change your password to something totally random. If needed use a password generating program to create one. I would also do a full virus and rootkit scan as you may have some sort of infection on your computer.
