Just curious - what was MS' policy regarding RMAs? One of my semi-new MS Intellimouse Explorer's are dying on me and if I recall right you just have to call a certain number, give them your serial number from your mouse and they send you a new one. Is it different now or still the same? And would anyone happen to have that number? Thanks for the help in advance!
