I certainly understand that, you just proved Epox's lack of 1MHz increment is a disadvantage in overclocking compare to Abit and MSI, otherwise Epox is a great board, I like it more than the Abit.

Like many have said there is no need for it. It is proven by the OC test that both MSI and Abit maxed out at 147MHz
I highly doubt using another RAM stick will change this

What OS are you using?

What video card\driver are you using?

What version of the 4in1's are you using? Have you found any version to be more stable than the others?

Are you installing the Via gart in turbo mode and what AGP speed are you using?

You said something about the GXP's, you don't like IBM drives?

This system has been stable except the AIW when using the ATI mutimedia stuff. DAMN ATI drivers.

I don't have any complaints about MSI, never tried a Abit. I might get a KT133A board.... I'm leaning towards the new Asus board.

I got this from your earlier post, i do not sell some boards every day, i do test EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, MORE THAN 5000 BOARDS WITH THE CURRENT ATHLON CHIPSET BY NOW!

I really doubt that you have anywhere near that kind of experience with ANY kind of boards... or do you????

The latest official one and then the latest beta, the most stable has been the 4.28a (which is beta)

The GXP series have more problems with different interfaces than other drives, therefore i do not recommend them, plus they have a higher RMA/DOA and failure rate than other drives...

Right now I'm using the 4.28a via's and they seem to work good for me. I installed them in turbo mode.

I'm using the B14 OC's bios I haven't tried 2.2 yet.

I'm curious about your opinions about the video cards you mentioned. It would seem to me that they would effect stability.

I'm thinking about getting rid of the AIW radeon......The G450 matrox is kind of interesting as I really have no need to achieve super high FPS....I haven't own'd a Nvida since the Viper 330.
