I already ordered the Kingston 256MB for $150 after rebate, but this is a better deal per MB. Plus it's faster. Dang, I'm trying to resist but there's a MicroCenter on my way home...

Excelent L3, thanks for the rebate link. I thought this was a pretty good deal on its own w/o the rebate as its 8x and I read good things on digital photography sites about Lexar. Apparently its considered a top tier CF for DP.

I came home with two before reading this. Looks like Mom might get a rebate too.

Now, to return that Viking CF.....

No they don't, But the package says you can get a free one from them (plus S&amp;H).

I searched and search, but was unable to figure outhow to get the free jumpshot cable when buying a film onlyproduct. I don't want to get the Card only to find out that I have to actually buy the cable. Can anyone provide some info on this supposed &quot;free&quot; jumpshot cable that you can get with the perchase of the CF card?

There's a coupon inside the package for a &quot;free&quot; jumpshot cable.
However, S&amp;H for the &quot;free&quot; jumpshot cable is $7.95.
It can be ordered by phone, with an 800 number and source code from the form.
I'm not sure if forum rules apply, so I'll respond to pm requests for the 800 # &amp; code.

If posting that info from the form is OK by the Forum rules, someone LMK &amp; I'll post it.

I just went to CompUSA and gave them the printout from MEI-MicroCenter.com (http://www.mei-microcenter.com/product.phtml?sku=414490). They pricematched it and I got it for $50. Good deal if MicroCenter is far away from you (closest one for me is a 45 min drive). If you want the reciept I can scan and post it.
