Mighty confused about memory speed timings !

Im mighty confused by these memory numbers that I read in the forums. What does my Memory Timings mean as reported by Everest below ? What do the four numbers signify (I could make out that the fist one is CAS speed).

I tried my system at 1T and it seems stable. Should I tweak anything else ? Im not interested in overclocking, but want to run the system at full potential !!!

Its a AMD64 2800+ processor running on a A8N (nForce3 250) board.

So the memory is now running at an effective Clock speed of 400 MHz. But the AMD64 is capable of 800 right ? Or am I confusing the numbers here ?

On my version of everest, if I goto Motherboard, Chipset, and look at memory timings, it show the timings and the name together.

What tab are you getting the Mem bus Property from?

What exactly did you change is bios? Your mem bus was at half-speed.

This is mine. Look under chipset in Motherboard for something like this:

RAS To CAS Delay (tRCD) 3T
RAS Precharge (tRP) 3T
RAS Active Time (tRAS) 6T

EDIT: you did before I answered.

Go into bios and see if you can chage the CAS to 2.5.
Or your command rate to 1T from 2T.

Do you have good or low-priced ram?
If it is value ram, you may need to adjust the Voltage.
