Nice deal. This combined with the last Kodak deals for the DC4800 will get me pretty much all the accessories out there for this camera. And the lens adaptor for $4.95 is nice since I forgot to send in for the free one with I first bought the camera a couple of years ago.

I would go ahead with these deals but my DC4800 just went out after 15 months (I bought it new). There is apparently a power problem or something since it keeps indicating the batteries are low (even though the charger indicates that they are fully charged) and it won't work with the AC adapter. Called Kodak about getting it repaired and there is a flat charge of $160 (then with only a 90 day warranty) to fix it no matter what is wrong. I have thought about getting it fixed but am leaning towards a new Canon 4MP Powershot G2. Needless to say I am not very happy with the service life of 15 months for this Kodak camera (and do not like throwing good money after bad) and will probably take my business (and future business) to another camera maker.

I was just telling my wife that if only any store would lower the price to just below $100, here it is, Kodak emailed me of the deals. There are other deal on other Kodak cameras too. But I know many people are waiting for this lens kit. It kills me with the adapter being just $4.95, what a discount. I think this will be their last clear out of the accessories.

We got ours yesterday...

The lens adapter seems flimsy. It might not make it if it were in the camera case and something were put on top of it, but as long as it's on the camera it should be okay. The closeup lenses probably won't see much use in our household as they require a very steady hand (or tripod) and a close subject (obviously). I can see where they would be nice but probably not for us. The wide angle and telephoto lenses are nice, though, and should be worth the price we paid.
