A day after Mr. Tyson had a high-profile meeting with Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, CP24 news anchor Nathan Downer asked him: “Some of your critics would say, ‘There’s a race for mayor. We know you’re a convicted rapist. This could hurt his campaign.’ How would you respond to that?”

“You’re the only one I’ve heard say that,” Mr. Tyson said. “I don’t have no comment to that, because it’s negative. You’re being negative.

“You come across like a nice guy,” Mr. Tyson said to Mr. Downer, “but that was really a piece of s–t, that comment. F— you.”

But on second thought: He's a convicted rapist! The only way he is allowed into Canada is because of his celebrity. If he wasnt mildly famous he would only be known as another POS rapist and not allowed across the border. So really, maybe the question is somewhat valid, although condescending.

That was most likely a bs conviction that only happened because he was a celebrity. The interviewer was waaaay out of line. First off, the rape charge was bullshit. Secondly, you don't bring someone on stage and then throw that bullshit out. The host knew what the fvck he was doing. His question was insulting and designed to make him look bad. I wouldn't have minded if Mike stood up and beat the shit out of him. The interviewer wanted ratings? Well there you have it.

And I love the title of the article, "Mike Tyson throws tantrum on live TV." It should read, "Piece of shit host almost gets his ass kicked by Mike Tyson because he insulted him."

News caster 'playing' Mike's friend brought up how could the mayor meet with him as a convicted rapist.

Mike basically told him to fuck off and he was being a dick in a sort of nice way.

The awesome part was Mike telling the news dude "What are you going to do about it?"

It was a stupid question for sure. Happened years ago, Tyson went to jail for it, wrote about it in his book, everyone knows about it. Has zero effect on the mayor's race. The whole thing with Rob Ford was purely a publicity stunt for his one man show. They were just fishing for a story where there wasn't one. CP24 is getting really amateurish with their news coverage.

You could tell Tyson wanted to put his fist in that stupid reporter's face though.
