Wow, thats one of the lamest dumb things I have ever seen. Its like watching a bad godzilla movie.

No rule fight is even more lame though. There's a ridiculously high chance that someone is going to get maimed or killed. It's nonsense to let people fight like that.

Guess who ended up much worse for wear in the end, including a major hospital stay, surgery, and permanent injuries, which led to major loss of fighting ability for the rest of his life?

If I recall (I actually saw it) Antonio Inoki broke his leg on Ali's thigh and Ali had clots. So, both got fvcked up IMO. If I was Ali I would of just stomped on his chest as he was always on his back.

Neither Lee nor Tyson are getting sucker punch in at the start of a fight. Both are trained fighters. The odds of sucker punching anyone who trains regularly in fighting are extremely small.

Funniest post in the thread, there's no proof Tyson was a street fighter, not even rumors. Furthermore, it's a fact Lee could kick faster than Tyson could punch. Last, Tyson is an illiterate moron who races pigeons in his spare time (while Lee's hobby was strength training and creating an entire martial arts philosophy)- to suggest he could "adapt his technique" is pure homerism at its finest. Adapt to what? Substance addiction again? Blowing 400 mil again? Sure, lol. Stop dickriding.

LOL. "dickriding?" You're doing more of it in this thread than ANYONE.

You say there's no proof that Tyson was a street fighter....yet there' zero proof that Lee ever fought anyone, other than Jack Man. And he didn't say crap when Jack Man invited him to fight, televised, if Lee didn't agree with Jack Man's account of the fight.

That's the ONLY fight that there's even remotely any proof of Lee being involved in.

Still means nothing when considering the fighting intrinsicly.

Even just a regular good ranking NCAA wrestler might kick the ass of Ali or Tyson in a fair contest. A regular kickboxer even more so for Tyson since he would not have to get close for the takedown at all.

Blog...Bruce Lee – Myth vs. Fact started March 2011- Aug 2015 with 472 comments..

I dare never to try to ruin Bruce Lee’s legacy, as I love what he has done for martial arts, and I respect him greatly, but because we have never seen him react under dire circumstance,
beaten, hit with powerful strikes, we can never presume that he was a fighter of any sort.
Maybe he was, but unfortunately never had a chance to – or chose not to –
exhibit it like real fighters do: over and over again, building records (more than a couple tournaments) and humbling themselves to fight, and fight once more.

So half of you actually believe a little 100 pound Asian guy could beat Mike Tyson? I honestly don't think the guy could have taken Martha Stewart.

Ahh the infamous one inch punch. There is a kungfu master that was doing the one inch punch on youtube. Kungfu master went against a MMA guy. MMA guy destroyed the kungfu master one inch punch. MMA guy went up to the kungfu guy after the fight and ask him if he was okay.

You realize the one inch punch isn't a fighting move, right? It's a demonstration of the physics involved in martial arts.

Except the person receiving it on the demo had a comically unrealistic stance.

His legs were shoulder-to-shoulder. I mean how different of a knockback is it if other people did the same punch? Who stands in a non-boxing stance when about to receive any kind of punch?

Can't watch the video.

Street fight? Bruce Lee win.
Kick Mike on the knee and run.

Boxing rules? Mike likely able kill 1 Lee per round.

The reality was said way earlier in this discussion and yet the ignorant boxing fanboys still are not able to deal with their insecurities that are implanted up their ass.

Good point. Still close, but gloves and restrictions hurt Lee more than Tyson.

An unleashed Bruce Lee with no rules? Don't think it was ever really seen. Tyson would be down in under a minute.

Depends on how long the knees of Tyson would last more or less. And with no restrictions on the fighting area, Tyson could never round him into any walls or corners at all.

I don't know if Tyson could hit him, if he did land a solid punch, Bruce would lose. 3 out of 5 matches, Lee would win.

This thread is entertaining. I submit this:

https://youtu.be/fMvScs_U6sU?t=58s

And here's the other:

https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ

Now, continue your debates!

I don't see how that's impressive seeing a skinny guy knock another skinny guy down.

I was regularly knocking down guys with barrier mats with my kicks in karate class. When you have momentum and precision and the guy doesn't "firm up" at the time of the strike, you're going to go flying. Physics is physics.

Much ado about nothing seeing Lee do something you regularly do in practice.

yo dude but that chinese fellow in Tekken 3 could like totally nail your ass with the 1 inch punch. That shit is real, yo!

seriously though--I get a raging chub for the man, Bruce Lee, but even in a real fight, I only give him a slim chance of beating Tyson.

Again, to all you MMA fanboy dillholes talking about "rules" and horseshit: Bruce was never into that hogwash. If you fight, you fight. Everything is on the table. The entire thrust of his method is to take your opponent out as fast as possible, any way possible. Everything is on the table, so no use bandying about that. He didn't fight sanctioned fights because no one would subscribe to his philosophy. You can't block his nutshots when you know they are coming? Well, fuck you. Even so, he still had aholes jumping him on set and trying to kill him...supposedly.

Tyson would be down for that type of fight too, probably.
But still, TYSON STOMPS!

Most eloquently stated, except for the dillhole thing.
