The reality was said way earlier in this discussion and yet the ignorant boxing fanboys still are not able to deal with their insecurities that are implanted up their ass.

Depends on how long the knees of Tyson would last more or less. And with no restrictions on the fighting area, Tyson could never round him into any walls or corners at all.

Just a little defensive about our hero are we?
I'm not a boxing fan at all (quite the opposite), but in the words of sensei Rick "size is everything, and nobody beats a .357 magnum". I learned from the master.

A nuke, cruise missile, .50, 7.62x51 NATO, or even just a 5.56x45 NATO will beat a .357 magnum like the knife in a gun fight that a .357 is.

A .357 Magnum is nothing to sneeze at up close, but that is a whole different subject.

Right but anything with range makes a .357 meaningless. You could probably even take a .50 Desert Eagle and it still would probably be meaningless as it is a pistol round meant for short range firefights.

Just way off topic I guess atm, not sure how we got here.

You can always hit things long range, if you know how.

You're a tad dense.
The fellows point was that karate wasn't the self defense panacea many thought it was. At demonstrations and recruiting events the common question was, what do you do when assaulted by a large armed man? Ricks answer was always "whatever he tells you to do".

Don't know why I didn't see that coming...this is now a gun thread.

Now we need to debate the various aspects of gun swords, yeah?

Tyson would be down for that type of fight too, probably.
But still, TYSON STOMPS!

Lee would likely gouge out eyes (one finger in as quickly as possible) or grab and crush the groin, whatever was necessary. Because of that, I believe he would win in an all-out fight, most of the time. Tyson punches, Bruce blocks and then strikes quickly, poking out Tyson's eye. The fight's over at that point.

2 things:

What makes you think Lee could block a Tyson punch, or 2-3 of them?

Why do you think Lee can easily even get to Tyson's eye? You do realize that he was used to blocking fast boxers on a regular basis, right?

And to gouge Tyson's eye, Lee has to get close to Tyson. That's never a good place to be if he's trying to hit you, no matter who you are.

I have no dog in this fight but it won't be pretty for any sub 150lb guy try to block any heavy weight boxer all out punch with or without gloves.

250lb champion bodybuilder vs 150lb jiu jitsu kid For those who think raw strength and weight can overcome technique, lulz. Bruce's ground game and kicking game easily overcomes Iron Mike's 1D game. Y'all never heard of clinching I bet. Nor the fact that Lee's speed is faster than any other opponent Mike has faced in boxing.

I still say tyson, as most, if not ALL, of Lee stuff was staged. IOW, we only see the small bit of video that he has allowed and his movies. No matches, only talk.

Close up to Tyson is not where Bruce Lee wants to be at all until Tyson is on the hurt.

I went to one of my brothers MMA training class. There was a big 240lb marine who sparred with the 140lb mma instructor. At the end of the sparring match the instructor threw up outside the gym. The marine has been training at the gym for about a month and half.

Bruce on the other hand has a long career of impressive showmanship and feats of agility. He has 1? very poorly documented fight and a huge mythology that rivals jesus. Maybe a more interesting conversation is who would win in a fight between Crocop and Tyson?

Or Bruce Lee vs. Jesus?
