A bodybuilder isn't a fighter. Not even close. But no, weight isn't everything. Between trained fighters? Well there's a reason there are weight classes.

When I used to run a bjj/judo club at the local college I loved to beat up the big guys. Most of the guys couldn't handle it and would quit after 1-2 classes. But if those guys stayed a few months even with my years of exp I had a lot of trouble with them.

Same with wrestlers. Easy to choke out for about a month or two, then they catch on and that wrestling training is a PITA.

but he will need train
long or not it will be up to him
but as the question was made
tyson as a boxer in a mma fight he will have a hard time

Dude, did you read what he said? He said "after a few months, they were a PITA to deal with".

If Lee and Tyson were going to fight, you don't think Tyson would train in MMA some? If he hasn't already, that is.

If they just met on a street, then Lee has at least a chance of taking out a knee or something, but if it's set up and they both train for it, Lee has absolutely no shot. Tyson doesn't need to train up to black belt or become some type of master...he just needs to know enough to protect his legs and grapple a bit, and he's the winner.
