I heard that this barbed wire is late 1990s stock, and the military released it to the surplus sector because it failed to gain a Y2k compliance certification.

You do whatever you like, but I'm not about to risk my hard-earned money on barbed wire that stopped working properly on 1/1/2000.

But if any of you know of a patch that'll fix the wire, that could make this a hot deal.

Could you imagine a farmer spending 30 bucks for only 320' to fence off his 600 acre plot? sheesh, he'd need about 1000 rolls of this. That's one spendy fence! As you know a fence has up to 4-8 strands. so maybe he might need 2000 rolls. I highly doubt a farm supply store is gonna sell this stuff for 60 or even 10 bucks. Maybe 20 bucks for 1000' roll?

We haven't even started in on the shipping cost... Hey Bob, lets put in rugged and military... Then mark it up 110% and knock off 50% we'll make a killing!
