How many here drink plenty of it a day
You see it really healthy right make you grow big and strong
trust me in asia people drink water all the time
that why they are so small
it had nothing to do with our gene
when I say water I mean ONLY water nothing else
No coke, sprite, ETC
to tell you the truth I was just a puny boy before I came here, I had no milk to drink
at all and had no ideas what milk really is!
the first time I drank milk it was delicious
first time I got to eat as much as I could
I thought I was on heaven
like a dream come true
what can I say america you are living too healthy

I used to drink a lot of milk. I'm still short. I'm probably gonna be taller than my dad, but not by much.

I was raised on a dairy farm, had all the milk I can handle, you aint lived until you get it direct from a cows teat. Edog1955

What goes great with Milk?

1) Bosco
2) Hersheys
3) Carnation Instant Breakfast
4) Ovaltine
5) Smuckers Chocolate

Bosco is the best. Beats Hershey. Just make sure to refrigerate after you open. It will turn rancid quickly.

I drink milk every day, lots of it. I always have. I love it. I think it's largely responsible for my extremely good health. I very, very seldom get sick. Even when there is a bug going around that nails everyone, I don't seem to catch it in almost every case.

I don't drink much of it. IMO it's hyped too much. I think Juices are better for us. It bothers me that some cows have hormone induced tumors in order to produce more milk. On that subject I also won't eat at KFC anymore.

I'm lactose intolerant No milk for me. Or ice cream. Or cheese. Or yogurt (well, no loss there). In a few years, I'll trip and my bones will crumble to bits from osteoperosis.

I used to drink milk.. until I became lactose intolerent at college. The funny thing is I know many (most of my friends) that have also become lactose intolerent at college. It's pretty strange. But I can still eat ice cream, cheese, and yogurt, but it makes it difficult to have a quick bowl of cereal in the morning now.

My dad emphasizes on this. You really need to keep getting calcium intake when you are much older otherwise you would shrink because of osteoperosis. But everyone knows that. I hope.

I am 5,8 and relatively tall in my family. That is all I can say. I have been drinking milk since I was young. Goes well with cookies.

I was about 4'9 in Grade 6 and I'm 5'11 and going into Grade 11. Since Grade 7 I haven't drank much milk.. with cereal and a glass every now and then. I am pretty tall, never broke any bones.

You need your calcium, but it doesn't have to come from milk.. you can take pills or eat other foods

Wasn't it shown that milk actually did more harm than good? Something about it actually leaching calcium from our bones in order to digest the milk.

The fact is that the majority of Americans cannot digest milk. Milk clogs you up even more if you have a cold. The milk we buy at the store has been so much processing to remove disease/bacteria and to add in chemicals that it's basically milk water. Still does some good but not much. What you want to start using instead is Soy Milk or Almond Milk. MMmmm
