Anyways, like 2% real milk. I had to endure skimmed milk for a month and a half at my last job cause people there were health conscious or something. Skimmed milk tastes like ass.

soy milk... typically edensoy, the one with 11 grams of protein and a bunch of vitamins.

when I'm craving something different I'll pick up some fat free lactose-free milk at the grocery store, but soy milk is usually what I go for.

my usual breakfast is an 8 ounce glass of soy milk + carnation sugar free instant breakfast.

I buy 2%, but I'll drink 2% or 1%. Skim is way too watery and anything more than 2% is too thick.

Used to drink lots of whole milk as a child, and then as I got older, I switched to 2%. I used to drink milk at least 5-6 cups a day, but I rarely drink milk by itself anymore. I usually just put my cereal in some milk.

Why would anyone drink raw milk?...

i bought it once since they didnt have any 1%
