Just started getting used to 2% previously a whole buyer...

One motivation is cost... 2% is about $4 and whole is $6

You really drink buttermilk? I thought about including it, but I didn't think anybody drank that. I figured it was used more for cooking.

Whole or nothing.

We buy skim, watery as it is.

Growing up, we bought milk from a local farmer. Non-homogenized, non-pasteurized. It'd separate in the fridge, and sometimes we'd skim the cream off and make homemade butter, or ice cream.

The difference in taste was pronounced - almost shocking, when the cows would switch from grazing pasture to hay in the winter and back again in the spring.

Those were the days.

When the onions really popped out, milk would taste like onion. Kind of sucky for milk, but it makes awesome butter :^)

I'm not a fan of OJ. It makes my mouth feel "thick". I much prefer grapefruit juice for a citrus drink.

Raw goat milk. I can usually get just over a quart per milking, although we can only milk her once per day compared to the twice per in the summer. I use chocolate rice milk to add some kick to my cocoa though.

Soy or 2%. I prefer the taste of soy, but it's expensive. I don't generally like milk but I can deal with 2% as long as it's on cereal.

Lately I've been getting 2% and skim, but whole milk is way better tasting IMO.

Usually 2% for our family. I made the mistake of buying 1% the other day and got in big trouble.

I can't believe there's no chocolate milk choice in the pole. That's racist!

Well, your poll title is "what kind of milk do you get" not "what kind of milk do you drink"

I don't drink buttermilk, but a friend does... its a pretty old fashioned thing to do IMO.

I do use buttermilk in cooking a fair bit... waffles, pancakes, and fried chicken!
