We buy skim, watery as it is.
Growing up, we bought milk from a local farmer. Non-homogenized, non-pasteurized. It'd separate in the fridge, and sometimes we'd skim the cream off and make homemade butter, or ice cream.
The difference in taste was pronounced - almost shocking, when the cows would switch from grazing pasture to hay in the winter and back again in the spring.
Those were the days.

Better question - who here has to have a glass of water after drinking milk or OJ?

I'm not a fan of OJ. It makes my mouth feel "thick". I much prefer grapefruit juice for a citrus drink.

You really drink buttermilk? I thought about including it, but I didn't think anybody drank that. I figured it was used more for cooking.

Well, your poll title is "what kind of milk do you get" not "what kind of milk do you drink"
I don't drink buttermilk, but a friend does... its a pretty old fashioned thing to do IMO.
I do use buttermilk in cooking a fair bit... waffles, pancakes, and fried chicken!
