Used to like nothing but whole, then the wife got on a health kick and started buying 2%. Got used to 2% and all was good, then she switched to 1%. Again, got used to it and eventually we switched to skim milk. I never thought I'd be able to stand it, but now that I'm used to it, it's not too bad.

All you people posting replies as if your choice is the only possible choice and give reasons as to why are idiots.

All those choices (except the fakes, I still need to try them so I cannot include them here) are delicious. Personally I choose regular skim because I guzzle milk no matter what %.

Use lactase tablets?

Lactaid is the name-brand, but you can buy "Dairy Relief" tablets at CVS for much less. The container of 125 tablets at 9000 FCC lactase units should be the best value.

It's in the containers labeled "Milk," without "2%," "1%," or "skim" on the label.

The percentages refer to the quantity of milkfat.
