Criminal justice system is not causing black problems. Really its news to be blacks and white are treated equally by the CJS. If you have data to the contrary please enlighten.
HR policies are favorable top minorities. Around 10 years ago the University of Chicago did a study. They sent out blind resumes with equal qualifications. Differences some had black sounding names. The resumes with the black sounding names had a 50% less chance of a call back.
Another HR story a black man with a clean record has the same chance of landing a job as a white felon. Go figure

Regardless of your belief that the police would need to physically beat down Milo to be deemed "stopping his speech", I don't think it aligns to ACLU's stance on protecting free speech on campus and should warrant a case or investigation.
