mini ITX based router

So I have been looking into doing this for awhile now, build an Atom/via based router. More then likely in a mini ITX format to keep power consumption and footprint small. I have been looking at a few options from newegg and have come across a few things that I like. What I want is something that has 2 NIC's and wireless N. I know that most of the atom's out there and via's are overkill, but its a project and I figured why not. Budget is around 250, so far I have found

This one does not have 2 NIC's or wireless, but it has a daughter board that you can buy to expand the NIC's from an extra 1 to 3 gigabit connections. The PCI slot I want to use for a wireless card.

This one has 2 NIC's and the case will allow for a wireless card to be put in there.

This last one is a celeron board which means i would have to buy a case and PSU for it. This is way more down to earth on specs, but with a case and PSU I might go with the atoms or via c7's

They'll probably all be fine. I looked at them for a bit, but decided to go with an alix based system for my home firewall.

This could be a good VPN option. Just have it sit there. Are you going to use it as a firewall too?

Yeah this thing is basically going to handle everything for my network including running an ssh server, firewall, VPN, and possibly a drive to do backups on. Honestly I wanted it just for routing purposes from my DSL to the network. Right now I have an ASUS but I'm going to give that to my parents so they can use it for the house vs the wrt-54g that has been giving them problems recently. Looking into utangle or some other linux based distro to run on it. GUI's are what I like though, but I can learn command lines if really need be.

install webmin on whatever you end up running, it can work with all sorts of system services...mount and unmount drives, logical volume management, apache host entries, all sorts of stuff with a web-based gui.
