Mini-itx future build

I am building a new Mini-itx computer, intending on building it this summer. Hopping to keep it a quiet rig and I am building my own case.

I intend to get a video card much later to turn this into a gaming rig, as well as an M.2 ssd in the future. No Overclocking desired

Will run linux for a while, but eventually install Windows 10 when I start gaming.

I intend to use my current screen at 1680 by 1050 DVI input and a laptop 2.5" SATA HDD.

Here is the parts I am considering: At around $600 price point. Buying all parts in the US. No brand preferences.

i would actually consider maybe a higher wattage power supply if you're planning on a video card down the line. for that price, you can probably get a modular 500-650W gold or above PSU. also, on a mitx build, i know a lot of people prefer a fan inside the PSU to use as an extra exhaust fan.
