Cool. Thanks for the information. I just sent them an email saying that I haven't gotten my lights and I can't get tracking information (which makes me think that the order was never shipped). Others that have ordered after me have already gotten their lights. I'll post back with an update as to what happens.
EDIT: I got my (6) trees today. What a laugh I had to open the box and find that they used a USPS Priority Mail box assembled inside out! The cords on these are really kinda short and they are bright white. It really would be a great product if the cords were longer and darker/black in color.
BTW: The website still doesn't show any tracking information and I still haven't gotten an email from them yet.
Ohhh yeah.... For whoever had asked, YES, the star comes off. But, the top of the tree is 'squared' for where the star mounts, so I like it on better.
