$10 glasses of wine that were mostly $15 glasses.

It wasn't a $100 a night room either, the minimum right now for that same stay was $150/night.

I am just talking about spending $1000 on a weekend, not trying to make it biblical bro.

$5 break on a glass of wine, you must know people in high places.

I find it curious that you seem to feel that you have to prove you're "rich" or a "baller" (or whatever it is you're trying to prove) and use posts like this on a forum full of international travelers, where prices like the ones you listed above are the norm and no one blinks at them. $6 for a Mich Ultra? I paid $6 for a freaking can of Coke in Seoul and that isn't far off what you'd pay for a Coke in Europe (around 4.5 euros IIRC, which is a hair over $6 at today's rates).

well its better then motel 6...or whatever the ultra budget are.

Anyone hear this expression used? I have and didn't realize what it meant...Money Is No Object.

Like some of the people that will hit up 5th Avenue and buy a dozen MacBook Air's a gifts.

It was in my circle of friends among those that probably make 5-10x my annual salary or more.

I finally asked WTF does that mean.

Sounds like a term the Faux Rich will use.

So you didn't finish the first time and took two tries to get a BA?

wow? You know all this history yet you still try to just flex your skinny self out here.

Still in high school I was interviewed by MIT (private interview, they flew a guy down based on something I wrote) and Georgia Tech when I was hoping to be an Mechanical Engineer. Then that same year I did an internship with the best Mech/Civil firm in the area. That was all looking up stuff and not for me. My designs are still in place for fire sprinklers in two major businesses here. I hit them right on and no edits were needed.

I then went to a local community college which is now a state university and wanted to be a Pharmacist. They offered Junior level classes in Comparative Anatomy and other great bio/chem topics.

I had Biochem, genetics and an elective left when my first wife broke her neck and was at spring break. During that time I was interning at an Eckerds and I wasn't to crazy about what a Pharmacist had to put up with at the time (it's much better now).

I landed back in a place called Wellington and got a job at a major financial institution with my mortgage background. Within six months I was able to pick up a nice house on the water (3/2/2 with pool and .5 acres) and I was only 23.

By 29/30 I grew tired of being a contract management guy and flying all over picking up collateral. I have plaques I posted here about how I was part of some of the biggest deals in history (enough to get the plaque, not enough to get the $100k+ bonus). I had replaced some of the attorneys they hired for the job.

I went to FAU in 1999 and had my Comp Sci BA by 2000.

I have 7 years of college credits. While I don't have the degree in all of it, I have about 95% of the knowledge.

Well I can agree with that. Unless you pull down a $500 MILLION to a BILLION+ per year you are only rich compared to the poor.

Outside of that you are just living really well if you don't know better.

You don't have to be scared, just spell my username correctly.

lol

A typo takes away from the fact that you're a grown ass man and have to have supervision(*limited replies*) from the mods? LOL. Sorry, nope.

But nice car... Glad to see you were probably the same douche bag back then as you are now.

I've stayed at Best Westerns that cost more than $150/night.

A real baller, I tell ya.

I have stayed at dives that were more than that a night.

I was only saying I just spent a grand this weekend when being attacked that I was poor.

I am not a baller.

You aren't listening.

The wines were $10-15 per glass she was drinking.

She drank more $15 glasses than the $10. They never sold me a $15 wine for $10.

I don't think they give anyone a 30% discount their on food/drinks in a place like this.

Stay angry.

Giving someone a $15 glass of wine for $10 wouldn't be a 50% discount on drinks, now would it?

I spoke about this before to you. Just copy and paste my name. However, you probably are paranoid and think I search AT everyday for my username.

In all fairness, I wish they put the same rules on the above that came full out and attacked me over nothing, but it's not my forum even though the asshats above want to believe I have some inside game.

Anybody ever says money is no object I'll tell them, "cool, give me half of what you have".
