Ok but she feels that way. What's the big deal? We're all flawed in some ways.
Unfortunately, with our media situation, every little stupid thing like this gets reported like its some big deal. Social media has made our diseased society even more sicker. People want to feel their very important and post all sorts of stuff on the internet now.
Watch, due to the backlash she gets, she may "apologize" for her comments and backtrack on them. Same goes for the Cleveland Browns player who made a media friendly comment after posting something totally different. Of course there was backtracking and all that.
Man, what a world. First you post about how you really feel and then when you feel some heat, you suddenly come to your senses and "apologize." Sure.
I agree with you 100%. I may not agree with what she said, or that others agree with her but that is one of the many great things that makes the United States the best country on earth, in my opinion. I don't agree with Indus, but he's free to make those comments. That is his typical tactic though, always posting "racial" threads when he perceives someone he wants to defend being wronged, then denying even obvious instances where it doesn't go his way.
While she is free to say whatever the hell she wants (almost), we're free to disagree. Sponsors, her job, future jobs etc are free to drop her or not hire her because of her comments.
The problem with her comment is that it fuels the fire. She claims that cops are given orders to go out there any kill. She provides no proof of that, because there isn't any. Someone retweets, likes, reposts etc her comments and more agree, add on to it. It spreads around and makes things worse, thats a fact. It incites more violence which is what we don't need. She also calls both murders, which has not been proven yet. The first appears to be a good shot while tragic, the second appears to be a terrible shoot.
I also agree that too many people say something, then the next day take it back. With the excuse that they didn't mean it or it came out wrong. Because of backlash from whomever. Thats chickenshit to me, they obviously meant it or they wouldn't have said it. I have much more respect for someone who says something, and sticks by it. I may not agree with the person or comments but they don't succumb to pressure.
Take for example the NFL player's wife who made comments that can be taken as racist;
Gotta respect ross for keeping his jew buddies employed but did he not see how tannenbaum put the Jets in the dumpster w/that sanchez deal
When she got called out on it, she doubled down and did not apologize, instead saying;
Why is this the first time I'm being called anti-Semitic, as big as my mouth is, if I really have an issue with Jewish people? Is anything I said false? Do Jewish, Catholic, Christian and frat brothers, etc. hire their own people? … I was intending to offend the Dolphins, specifically Stephen Ross and Mike Tannenbaum. Anyone else that chooses to dive in front of those bullets is their own fault ... Anyone that thinks I’m a racist needs to build a f—— bridge and get over it. I’m not a racist, I’m a realist

I may not agree with her, but I respect her for not just taking it back.
