Nowhere does it state much of the details in general.
Belmar said the incident started when Brown physically assaulted the police officer, pushing him into the officer's vehicle. He said there was a struggle inside the car, and at some point Brown reached for the officer's weapon. One shot was fired inside the vehicle.
Brown suffered fatal gunshot wounds outside of the vehicle, approximately 35 feet from the car. Belmar said multiple shell casings were found at the scene, and that Brown was shot more than once, but an exact number of shots fired has not yet been determined. All the shell casings came from the officer's weapon.
Belmar confirmed Brown was unarmed at the time of the shooting.
I dont think I said anything about "facts". What I do know, is that we grant a certain privilege to officers. One of them is trust. Even though many people here would have you believe the majority of officers are crooked, its simply not true. As of right now, we know what we were told, and we were told that the kid attacked the officer. If you attack an officer, you can't expect it to end well.
The news article told neither side of the story. We have nothing to work with here.
Bingo.
We need more data.
Yup we need more data before making any conclusions.
Yeah! Smart people here. Hopefully more realize nearly all cop articles are click bait without any information and absolutely no follow up when the case actually moves through the courts.
That's all the detail we have.

What happens when an officer attacks a citizen?
I will start a thread about it when that happens, but for now, this cop was assaulted and a kid paid his life by choosing to do so.
actually you are wrong it is very true that the majority of Police officers are crooked! If you have 1,000 Police Officers and they all know that one of them is crooked and they do nothing about that one officer,,,then it can be rightly interpreted that they all are crooked by the very fact they are not turning that one officer in for being crooked....Even though many people here would have you believe the majority of officers are crooked, its simply not true. As of right now, we know what we were told, and we were told that the kid attacked the officer. If you attack an officer, you can't expect it to end well.
Officers attack citizens all the time......verbally as well as physically......This whole thing will not end well, the people are already rioting and braking into stores and what not......I will start a thread about it when that happens, but for now, this cop was assaulted and a kid paid his life by choosing to do so.
You may think that is a funny question...but looking at how things like this go...the answer is YES!!so will the looters and rioters burn down their own homes and neighborhoods in protest??

Loot and rob them, not your own'; Twitter users advise black people to loot white neighborhoods
Glad my brother sold his car wash right in this area. I mean, North St. Louis is such a nice area and all. :whiste:
Some of the videos of the rioting/looting are downright disgusting. Is this really what justice looks like?
