I believe they can but I'm not entirely sure nor would I see the point. Can't sentence a dead man.

What's your point?

Because I was being sarcastic in my reply to a post that you made. This social justice shit is just fucking flat out pathetic. "Hey, the thug cop wasn't found guilty by this method so let's see how else to pursue a charge against him." At what point will people stop trying to go after the cop who shot Michael Brown? My guess would be never until he is found guilty of something.

But what made my comment even juicier is that dipshit DCAL430 taking the bait.

What does it feel like being that stupid? Does it hurt at all? Does it affect your health?

Or does it just motivate you to troll that much harder and better?

In other news, I find the startling absence of ivwshane to be a deafening silence that speaks volumes.

Don't say his name 3 times!!!

Can he prove she was on the other side of town at the time?

Seeing as how she confessed to committing perjury, I would say yes. People have been put to death based upon confessions, I'd think a perjury charge would be a slam dunk.

As far as mob rule, that this went to the grand jury at all was mob rule. Considering the good ol' boy network commonly agreed to exist between prosecutors and cops (who MUST be on the same side for the legal system to work) mob rule is pretty much our only protection against rogue or simply criminally wrong cops, at least until we have some sort of automatically triggered system in place.

So mob rule gets to decide who does get thrown under the bus when no crime is committed as well as decide who doesn't get prosocuted despite a confession to committing a felony? Is that really the world you want to live in? Besides, it just doesn't play out in reality. The mob didn't get what they wanted. All I want is simply the rule of law to be enforced, why are you of all people against that? You are generally a much more rational person, certainly we can't provide incentive to perjuring yourself in front of a GJ or jury can we? What possible good can come from that? Not to mention the fat cat banksters that got away with the exact same thin in front of friggen Congress no less, why is that ok? Why do YOU tolerate it?

The main reason I'd say prosecute her is that she has a history of making such (apparently) racially driven accusations. That needs to stop. I high doubt at this point that any prosecutor would accept her as a credible witness even were she undeniably a witness to an event, but we don't need people like her raising racial animus and generally screwing around with the system.

The main reason I'd say prosecute her is because she broke the law, period. Is that not something that reasonable people can agree upon? If not, why do we have the rule of law at all? Should I be able to commit perjury against you in a court of law? If I did and it lead to an unfavorable outcome for you, would you want me prosecuted or would you be saying the same thing?

You could find it but Holder, the DoJ and FBI couldn't?

As a proponent of North Korea he is automatically able to find imaginary things like unicorns. And he needs no electricity to do so.

Link to confession? I had not heard that, so I'll change my mind and agree she should be prosecuted.

The federal government needs to investigate this prosecutor, and not just for this case. They need to look at his election too, see if they see anything improper about it, and go from there too. Look at all of his prior cases too. They need to look at every pebble, leave no rock unturned until they find something to discredit and disbar him, or at the very least have him removed from office. He is unfit to be in office.

Lol! If you actually knew and understood my position my silence wouldn't surprise you since the DOJ, who has a much higher bar to reach, the outcome wasn't surprising to anyone who doesn't have a vested interest and I even said as much.

Like Darwin, the outcome doesn't matter to me, it's the process that matters. I'm much more interested in what if anything happens to the DA or if there will be any meaningful change in indictments as a result of the inconsistencies in this case.

Let me put this in context for you:
Big black boy with no upbringing who believes might makes right assaults police officer and goes for his gun.
Boy gets shot.
Oh my goodness! Who would've thought it?
The same thing happened to a guy around here..nothing was made of it.

TechBoy do you live in STL county? If so did you vote for this racist DA?

Does anyone here live in STL County and voted for this DA? Do you feel guilty knowing you help a man get away with murder?

Link to confession? I had not heard that, so I'll change my mind and agree she should be prosecuted.

The grand jury broke for the afternoon halfway through McElroy’s testimony. When she returned a few weeks later, she offered up — for the first time — the obviously concocted, after-the-fact “journal” page.
In this same return testimony, she admitted that the story about visiting a friend was a falsehood. Her account of seeing the beginning of the encounter between Wilson and Brown at the police car was also not true. Other big chunks of her story were things she probably learned on the Internet. So, everything she said to the FBI and to the grand jury under oath was invented.

Cited from: Witness 40 is a racist liar. Why did the Ferguson prosecutors have her testify? http://nakedlaw.avvo.com/lisa-bloom...rosecutors-had-her-testify.html#ixzz3Psf5QEe8

Bam. Not only did she admit to perjury she admitted to perjury while under oath.

Nothing is going to happen. What I would like to see is all available evidence presented to GJ's and that would include exculpatory evidence. People complain that a white cop gets the benefit of the doubt. I'd suggest that more blacks are convicted because they don't get the same thing, but that's apparently not as important as getting a pound of flesh. Screw the blacks, and that would be blacks saying that in effect as well as whites, get the cop and the others. Makes no sense to me.

The people need to recall him from office, if the people of STL county have integrity a recall petition will be circulating soon.

The sad thing is in 2018 he will likely win his election as DA again, STL county is full of racist, who support this type of thing.

You still can not accept that you are wrong and the system worked.:hmm:

Even the Feds could not find anything to chase him with; and they looked hard.

When you can provide evidence of murder; please present it.

Maybe go ask your buddy in NK to fabricate some up for you.:hmm:

You apparently have a hard time reading.

He has stated multiple times where he lives.

If he hasn't picked up that I'm from STL by now, imagine what he's missed in the Brown case.

Like the racist Holder? You still haven't explained how the Feds who went all over everything found nothing. I don't know how you possibly keep missing that except it puts you in an impossible position so you ignore it. Either both sides are racists murders and associates or not because Holder isn't agreeing with you.

Still in denial - looking for $$$
ST. LOUIS (AP) — Lawyers for the parents of Michael Brown, the unarmed, black 18-year-old who was fatally shot by a white police officer in a St. Louis suburb, announced Wednesday night that they planned to file a civil lawsuit the following day against the city of Ferguson.

I would expect that they are hoping that the Federal "indictment" of the city itself will help them.

They robbed a store.

They walked together in the street past a cop car, ignoring the sidewalk.

The officer said something and they kept walking.

He realized they fit the description of robbers.

Confronted them.

Dorian Johnson said he thinks they were stopped illegally, "for no reason."

This is why I think the very first judge who sees this will smack it down in less than 60 seconds.

I havent really followed this case much but isnt there some debate over brown surrendering and getting shot with his hands up? If thats the case I think a civil suit can probably go to trial.

Also people sue not just for $$$. If all you can do to make a injustice a justice is sue for money thats what you do. This is america. We sue here.
