I know it's just speculation but these things could have possibly happened. I mean if they can speculate that mike broke out on all fours like an animal charging at an armed policeman, then I can assume this happened as well

At this point I'm leaning towards the witnesses plus the shot to the arm plus the distance between them as condemning the officer.

Not sure it's beyond a reasonable doubt... but it's close. I'd really like to see carefully detailed evidence as we'd get in a trial. Which means I'd like to see the officer put through a trial, and that says a lot right there.

You are correct. I have no issue with someone who just committed a felony and who may have attracted the attention of an officer being shot when they resist arrest. Whether that was arrest for the robbery or arrest for being a hoodlum I don't care. I have said twice now... Brown set into motion what happened to him that night.

As for you... The contention is you calling his crime petty theft when you know damn well there is a big difference between shoplifting and assaulting a clerk/store owner during the theft of merchandise.

1) The only person in our conversation that has used the words "petty theft" is you.

2) It's still a case of you insisting that death is an appropriate penalty for theft. And yes, Brown grabbed and shoved the store clerk while stealing a couple of cigars.

Not feeling the love for ISIS? Maybe the CIA and a bit of waterboarding more your thing?

Got this from another board:

As I'm searching for this info what I'm seeing is the same video that's already been posted but the video starts with Mike's hands behind his back, then he hands something to the cashier and the rellos to his boy behind him. Then his boy puts them back on the counter.

Now this is halfway making sense

Mike paid for the rellos, handed them to his boy, then the clerk started tripping like I NEED SOME ID and his boy just put the things back on the counter because he figured they weren't getting them. Then Mike said FUCK IT YOU GOT MY MONEY I'M TAKING MY RELLOS and grabbed some n left. Clerk comes from around the counter because he possibly sold tobacco to a minor, which could cost him but mike pushes him out the way. That would also explain why the clerk didn't call to report a robbery. If he reports it and it's proven that Mike was a minor, he gets ticketed as well.

I know it's just speculation but these things could have possibly happened. I mean if they can speculate that mike broke out on all fours like an animal charging at an armed policeman, then I can assume this happened as well

A piece of the surveillance video was linked to just a little earlier in the thread. Wouldn't surprise me if the entire surveillance video was around somewhere. He's leaning far over the counter, and when he pulls back his hands are stuffed full of products, so much so he drops some on the floor.

Here is another video view that shows that Mike Brown paid for his Rellos Cigars, look at At 36 seconds you can clearly see the clerk clasp currency in his hands. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=maA1FUJqhew

Oh dear God, not that you have the slightest credibility here anyway, but get a life already, you moron.

How desperately dishonest and thoroughly disingenuous must you be to grasp at any imagined straw where none exists?
And regardless, even though you know you're wrong, he is on video indisputably and inexcusably assaulting someone, and no amount of dishonesty on your part can alter that.

Again, no one is saying he deserved death for robbery or assault. And if excessive force was used then the officer should be held accountable.

But seeing the pathetic, blatant excuse making for indisputable criminal activity is nauseating. Grow up.

Still comes down to whether Brown was charging the officer or not when fatally shot. Surrendering, hands up and still, not charging, gravely injured and not a threat, anything like this is fine for the not part.

Accounts are coming out that MB was ~3ft away from Wilson when he fell from the fatal shot.

Can ballistics say with any certainty how far a victim was from the shooter when shot?

I think if the original autopsy had what showed cold blooded murder as described by Johnson, that Wilson would be under arrest already.

I think we'll get, if we haven't already more pleading from the family (at behest of Crump and Co.) just for an arrest. Not for more investigation, just for an arrest.

Then why did a customer call to report a strong arm robbery? It looks like he may have paid for something, but then reaches in a takes perhaps more than he paid for?

So there is still something fishy there.

that sure looks like what the video shows. he reaches out and grabs the box/case of stuff drops a bunch on the floor. picks that up and walks out.

Lets not forget that the small Indian man tried to stop him from leaving. It's obvious that he took something with him that he wasn't suppose to. Mike Brown deserved what he got, a bullet straight in the face. I feel no sympathy for him.

When eyewitnesses are just talking among themselves, and not making shit up, it sounds like Brown did not have his hands up at all, and did in fact run back towards the officer before he was shot.

At the end of the day all we have here is another dead criminal. Time to move on.

the other side:

"He says the boys were walking in the street. [Wilson] rolled the window down and told them to get out of the street. He may have called for backup when he pulled over. He heard the call for the strong-arm robbery and saw the teens carrying something that might have been cigars. He pulled over and when he tried to get out of the car twice he was pushed back into the car by Michael.

Michael then punched him in the face and Darren reached for his gun. Michael grabbed the gun, and at one point, had the gun pushed against Darren’s hip so Darren pushed the gun away and the gun went off. Michael and his friend ran and Darren got out of the car and pursued, as is protocol.

He told them to freeze and Michael and his friend turned around. Michael started to taunt him and said he wouldn't shoot him and said he wouldn't shoot him, meaning he wouldn't shoot Michael. Michael then bum rushed him and started coming at him full-speed, so Darren started shooting. She said that Darren really thinks he was on something. He said the final shot was in the forehead and he fell two or three feet in front of the officer."

cnn says this matches Wilsons official report

So if it is this bad now, what happens when the cop is found, by the DoJ and FBI, to have done his job correctly? These morons won't just stop, they've been frothed up too much by the media and Sharpton and every other fuckstick who touts guilty before proven innocent.

Which group attacked, looted, burned, and destroy stores (note the plural) in which the stores owners have nothing to do with MB death? The little fact you forgot to mention.

Which one pointed guns at federal agents and used women and children as human shields?
