How about taking 40 minutes to call homicide detectives

How about an hour before the medical examiner to arrive.

How about leaving his body in the middle of the street in hot sun for 4 hours.

Who would you trust more? A man that robbed a convenience store and man-handled the store clerk, or a police officer? Here in lies the problem.

I would be scared if some giant of a man weighing 280lbs standing at 6'-8" came charging at me. Cops are not suppose to run away, they are suppose to protect the public from criminals. If that means shooting them dead when they assault someone that is fine with me.

People have been responding to his anger throughout this entire thread with reasonable possibilities. And yet nothing ever changes. I'm removed from this topic by now, I have no more emotional connection in the fighting.

I have been loudly pointing this out all through trayvon and the felon thug crew situations... That the more credence we as a society to these obvious trash thugs who get themselves shot the less people will care when a GOOD person is shot for racist reasons.


It baffles me that out of all of the injustices and shooting, that people still prop up with these obvious pieces of violent trash.

I think it's very likely that the officer will walk, and it may even be the right decision. However, the Ferguson police department still needs to change the way it works, because the way they treat this community, the way they handled this investigation, and the way they dealt with the resulting protest, has been completely unacceptable.

They should have interviewed both witnesses and the police officer right away, they should have been far more open about the investigation, they should stop the rampant racial profiling, they should stop pointing their weapons at unarmed peaceful protesters, and they should stop trying to silence the media coverage. They have screwed this up from day one, and they've screwed it up badly.

Yes, it is the same guy, though the police officer who shot him, was not aware of that crime at the time of the incident.

You might have a point except for the info released so far that shows that the officer wasn't aware of any incident brown was in. So basically you just gave the ok for a cop to shoot an unarmed black man because you know, he was a big scary looking guy.

I don't think I need to tell you what's wrong with that kind of thinking.

You should care that America is becoming a police state.

It's not the land of the free when you have the highest incarceration rate in the world, police acting like an occupying force, and your own government spying on you.
