Sigh, what an insightful and intelligent comment.
I don't think that any of us really expected to recieve the card. To be honest, I didn't really WANT the card, but I figured if there was a chance at that price I would get it for a friend. I could care less either way, and would certainly not cry over this. I just believe that in business, things should be handled a certain way. Clearly your compression skills haven't developed as rapidly as your acne.

And you are aware that they can credit your credit card? You pay no interest on the purchase so you are back to zero. No harm, no foul.

hey, but it's still fun to bash their ratings.

They made an mistake, but since they handled it so horriably, they are paying for it. Had they gave me a 10% off or something, I would have let it slide. But nope, no e-mail, no nothing, so they get a nice little present in their ratings from me.

It's not a big deal, but it teaches those companies out there the old saying "the customer is always right". Power to the consumers.

I ordered this at around 7 this morning. Never got a confirmation e-mail, but they charged my card! It's 12:30, and I still haven't received one e-mail from them.

I don't even know what a Rage/Furry is?! Must be so new I have'nt even heard of it yet!

You tried to take advantage of what was an obvious error and "they need to pay"? The closest price I found was like $350!

Get a life, they don't owe you anything. If you don't want to order anything in the future that's fine, but bashing their ratings is just ridiculous.

What if it was YOUR shop, and someone YOU hired made the typo? Would YOUR CSR's handle it perfectly? (especially when they don't know what the hell is going on) Do YOU deserve to be driven out of business? Yea it could have been nicer and the CSR could have known the entire situation before you called... That didn't happen. Get over it.

Every time there's a price mistake it's always the same thing. People getting pissy over a typo, you know they are not gonna honor it so why even bother getting upset. When you bash their ratings when you haven't even had legitimate business with them, you ruin the ratings for everyone else. Resellerratings is not a tool for you to take revenge on a company for not honoring a price mistake.
