I don't know the technical terms, but the bolded is correct. Word order is proper, "I'm drinking beer right now/Right now I'm drinking beer" can switch places easily. Yeah I can see how genitive (I had to look that up in wikipedia ) case could mess you up, but in this case don't use "???????´??????".

I ask, because the whole 'cases' (nominative, genitive, etc.) threw you off - I don't doubt that because I'm the same way with english - the names of the 'cases' I could never of told you, and pretty much still cannot. But when learning languages in a classroom, it's how they do it. And it's killing me since I basically don't have a 100% grasp on the technicalities of English apparently.
Trying to get into Rosetta Stone to get a more natural instruction/immersion.
But this is how I would learn better - just learning in what constructions the end-spelling changes, and not so much learning lists of all the end-spellings for different sentence constructions.

Is it nothing gets capitalized in the middle of the sentence? Or just 'I' ?


And in regards to ??? vs ??? - been awhile since learning the whole ??/??a/???/??u, and completely forgot it can mean it and not just he/she/them. Then again, should have questioned ???'s role, since there would be no neuter reference to he/she/them.


And on a side note - have never stepped foot into Russia (or across the Atlantic for that matter), and have never had an opportunity to try a Russian brew.
I do love ????? though.

I dunno. I find it possible the brands discussed can be worse than something like Budweiser/Bud Light.
But I cannot imagine ANYTHING worse than Pabst Blue Ribbon, Steele Reserve, Rolling Rock, Keystone.
Ugh. I'd drink Natural Light over ANY of those listed. And I can't stand Natty Light unless drinking cheap just to get smashed. Then again I'm a college student. So choice can be drinking a few or reaching that goal of buzz/drunk.

#3 was their staple for a very long time (and probably still is, I haven't checked). #9 was introduced around 1997 if I recall right, the year I went to college there. An instant hit at parties

I personally didn't like it that much: first, the test reeked of too much alcohol in it, and second, the fun was over very quickly after just a few bottles.

When I came back to visit my friends a year or so ago, I had a taste of White Bear, and that was the foulest beer I had. My friends were telling me pretty funny stories about how it's brewed.

You don't capitalize anything in the middle of a sentence, unless it's a name (person's name, title of a book, movie, etc). Also, if you wanted to put a special emphasis on something, like 'The One' in Matrix, you would capitalize it (God is capitalized, as well as other deities)

Yep Baltika 3 is still the staple here, also in Kazakhstan (The Kazakh beer is Tien Shan, but had trouble finding it :-S ). I'll have to have a look in the supermarket tonight to see if they have a bottle of white bear, just to see how foul it is, lol. So, what's the story on how it's brewed? Or should i wait until i've tried a bottle?

I'm not a big fan of dark beers myself.

The story went something like that: White Bear is brewed in the same cisterns regardless of the type of beer or flavor they are trying to achieve. They basically dump the yeast and let it ferment for a while. Whatever comes out - is anyone's guess. Once fermentation is complete, and the resulting brew is processed to a certain stage (I am not familiar with all technicalities of brewing), the brewmaster takes a big cup, pours the resulting brew from the first cistern, takes a sip and says: 'this one is pretty good. Bottle it up as premium'. Goes to the next cistern. Repeats. 'This one is pure sh!t. Sell it as a regular brand' - and so on

Well I've had 3 quarters of it in total, which would be a year of school here. I'm not doing all that great in comparison to the amount of material covered, so I'm glad it appears I have a good basic understanding. I'm going into 104 and then into two 400-level courses to complete my language requirements for my degree (international studies - specializing in Security and Intelligence).
I've basically had a C average through all my Russian courses, so it's a case where I really shouldn't advance to the next level, but I'm stubborn and don't like accepting failure - yet I seem to put very little effort into the courses. If I tried harder I'd do better. Don't know what's wrong with me on that part, but that's a wholly different matter.
