Well not excatly, if you drove a huge Ford, took russian courses in college, do computer stuff, and go to strip clubs, and drool over girls who are at least 5 years younger than you... you'd be EXACTLY like my friends...

No, I drive a Chevy Monte Carlo. Don't like H&K's that much. Humm, I'm staying away from any language classes in college, abviously into computers/technology, don't go to strip clubs (my fiance keeps me busy), and she's older than me.

A friend of mine that used to be a gun dealer had several like yours. For some reason, our dry environment did not sit well with the finish on the furniture and it began to flake off after a couple of years, so he wound up having to refinish it. Looked better after he did it, though.

I have a couple of AK-47 variants, my favourite being my Bulgarian SLR-95, which does have a milled receiver. ~

I have a mak-90 made in china
I also have Hungarian made ak thumbhole
the china made gun is better, it's fairly accurate, more accurate than the Hungarian gun
I shoot left handed, even thou I am right handed, dominant left eye, so they work good for me
there both semi auto

unsure what the number (model) his right now, it could be SA-85. the gun is at my dads house right now, it's nice looking gun, much better finish than the china made one.
but the china gun is much better, accuracy and dependablity
just the luck of the draw maybe

I use the mak-90 for deer hunting, have a scope on it and anti climb device that is floating on silicone

Nice. I'm not a fan of folding stocks, but still very nice. Let me guess, also has a threaded barrel? Wish mine was a pre-ban

Yea I can see that (really easy to tell by looking at the receiver) I think the Bulgarian factory is the only one still making milled receivers. Nice rifle.

A muzzle break? It would only help if you were going to go full auto on the deer...

the muzzle break helps big time for deer hunting, you shoot fast at deer moving up close, you need to shoot accurately and shoot fast and you don't want any barrel climb at all, one inch of climb is bad

I still don't see how a muzzle break will help when hunting. It's not that hard to keep the gun stable for the first shot, if you're going full auto that's when the muzzle break is most effective. Anyways, what kind of ammo do you all use for hunting? For regular shooting?

Good luck not getting shot walking around with an AK in Iraq. And even if you took one of some dead soldier safely, see how fast you'll be arrested bringing one into the US. Not even US soldiers can bring back an AK with them.

I have that exact same setup. 200 rounds of Wolf 7.62 a bunch of 30 round magazines and my SAR-1. Lot's of fun for plinking.
